Program at a Glance

Understand and examine the historical, structural, cultural, and psychosocial sources of intersecting oppressions in this five-course advanced study program. You will gain critical knowledge and skills about various approaches to address bias and marginalization and how to foster a more inclusive environment in the workplace.

Who Should Pursue This Program?

This program is designed for both part- and full-time students preparing for professional careers and for working professionals. It’s an attractive option if you already work in business, education, government, or the nonprofit arena and want to become a more skilled advocate for greater diversity, equity, and inclusion.
