Program at a Glance

Master the principles of population-based health and business skills and set yourself apart as a well-rounded candidate for health care leadership. TCNJ’s joint Master of Business Administration/Master of Public Health degree can be completed in two years of full-time study through a blend of on-campus and online learning — which means you’ll earn two degrees in less time and with fewer required credits than if you were to pursue them separately.

Who Should Pursue This Program?

The MBA/MPH is an ideal fit if you’ve already earned a college degree and have your sights set on moving into a health-care leadership role.

Graduates are well-positioned for specialized leadership roles in health care, leveraging their academic and professional experience in government agencies, hospital systems and nonprofits as well as at corporations. They take on positions such as epidemiologist, management analyst, and health and medical services manager, which can ultimately create pathways to executive roles.

For your application to be considered complete, you must submit the online application and all supplemental documents.

  • Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or Graduate Records Examination (GRE) taken within the last five years (Target ranges are GMAT: 540+ or GRE: 310+)
  • Current resume
  • Two letters of recommendation; at least one should be from someone who can speak to your academic performance if you received your previous degree within the past five years
