Explore contemporary issues and current scholarship in the field of gender and sexuality studies in this five-course advanced study program. The program can be completed independently or combined with the TCNJ master's programs in English or Counselor Education. The college’s Department of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies is known as one of the oldest, largest, and most fully developed programs of its kind in the country.

Who Should Pursue This Program?

This program is designed for part-time and full-time students preparing for professional careers, for working professionals, and for students who plan to pursue further graduate study. You’ll gain greater perspective and insight on gender roles and equality. If you're a New Jersey public educator, you may be interested in a special track combining gender and sexuality with disability studies.
