Program at a Glance

This fully online program prepares teachers who want to earn their New Jersey Supervisor Endorsement* and take on supervisory roles in public schools. Learn to develop curricula, use assessments, promote professional learning, and evaluate faculty. You’ll complete the 12-credit program and submit an official transcript and application for Supervisor Certification* to the NJ Department of Education.

Who Should Pursue This Program?

This program is ideal if you’re a certified teacher or school staff member in New Jersey with at least two years of full-time experience and a master’s degree and you’d like to enhance your supervisory skills. *Applicants interested in leadership positions outside of New Jersey should consult Certification Information by State.
