Who Should Pursue This Program?

This program is for you if you’re a working teacher with two to three years of experience and want to learn to lead by example, train other teachers, and move into non-supervisory school leadership roles. The online coursework accommodates busy working professionals, and synchronous video meetings create a sense of community among students and faculty.
