Learn to challenge students to become more actively involved in critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborating. Coursework connects the development of instructional strategies with classroom-based reflective practices, enabling you to more effectively and creatively teach a variety of students.

National Standardized Admission Test Requirement: Applicants to the MEd Educational Leadership: Instruction program are exempt from taking the GRE unless their undergraduate GPA is below 3.0.
Teacher Certification and Educational Experience: Applicants to the MEd Educational Leadership: Instruction program must provide a teaching certificate or evidence of successful educational experience under a valid provisional or standard New Jersey or equivalent out-of-state certificate (NJAC 6A:9-12.5). This program is open to working K-12 teachers at any point in their careers.
