Program at a Glance

RNs with non-nursing bachelor’s degrees begin by taking a series of required bridge courses (up to 16 credits) and then enroll in one of the following MSN programs: Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult/Gerontological Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Nurse Leader, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Nurse Leader, or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. You may be able to waive up to eight credits of community health courses, based on a review by TCNJ nursing faculty.

Who Should Pursue This Program?

If you’re an RN with a non-nursing bachelor’s degree, licensed in New Jersey, and you’re looking for a straightforward path to earning your MSN, this program is for you.

Engaged Faculty

Learn from nationally and internationally recognized faculty who are fully engaged with their students. Your professor knows your name and teaches all of your classes. You won’t find any TAs here.
